Standard reports are inspections which can be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday excluding national holidays, within three working days, without specific appointments, and within the normal MTI metropolitan service areas.
Standard reports will include supplementary memoranda when appropriate and will include as many color photographs as deemed necessary.
The following additional fees may apply when the services are ordered by the customer:

| Residential locations appointment service: | No charge |
No charge greater than the standard or additional fees as published herein shall be charged without the express prior consent of the customer.
Nationwide hourly fee is currently $79.50 for the United States and Canada. All assignments requiring hourly fee approval will be quoted in advance for distance to/from inspection location and time on-site.
Rates are subject to change with or without notice and are effective for all inspections performed on or after January 1, 2017
